Teaching fellowships in developing nations

Limited Resource Teacher Training (LRTT) is searching for Australian and New Zealand teachers to take part in its summer fellowships in developing nations around the world during January 2019.

These summer fellowships are a unique and challenging professional development opportunity for teachers, taking place over three weeks in Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, India, Nepal or Uganda.

LRTT is an organisation dedicated to the improvement of global teacher practice. Its mission is to tackle the global challenge of providing a quality education for every student by connecting and working with inspiring educators around the world.

It was founded in 2011 with a group of five teachers from the UK training 26 teachers in Uganda. The organisation has now trained over 3750 teachers across 11 countries, impacting the lives of 120,000 students worldwide.

The 2019 fellowships will run from 3 to 24 January 2019 and are open to qualified teachers of any level, from early childhood through to tertiary. For more information, please click here.
