Parent are facing revamped school report cards this month as new Victoria moves to the national curriculum.
The changes include the non inclusion of children’s progress in core subjects and a change to terminology. The new achievement standards will be used for English, Mathematics, Science and History, which are part of the Australian curriculum. Some schools are holding special forums to clear up any potential confusion ahead of the changes, which apply from prep to year 10.
