Respected child psychologist Michael Carr-Gregg speaks with Sky News Australia about the announcement of Victoria’s mobile phone ban in all public schools, which begins in 2020.
Dr Carr-Gregg has welcomed this decision by the Victorian Government and explains why he believes it should be adopted nationally.
